These works reflect the artist’s long held interest the poetic transformation of the everyday, often using domestic furniture as a starting point. The fascination with the found object is also conditioned by a belief that the world is already full of man made things and that the artist’s role is to invent new meanings and relationships between those objects and the viewer.
